Terms of use

The terms of use of the duit application will be defined in a contract to be established between the client and the company that owns duit, Arena SpA.

The website www.duit.cl has been created solely for the purpose of providing information about and advertising the features of duit.

Some aspects of the contract:

  • Allow the client to access and use duit under a “software as a service” model, and to access user support and a recurring expert support service to update and modify the configuration and design of the implemented solution.
  • Duit will allow the client to define certain work routines and send them to its field teams through mobile phones or other devices. It will also allow the client to organize and present tasks in a schedule; send reminders to users; display supporting documents; record user responses; trigger predefined tasks based on the results; and access results reports.
  • Ownership of all intellectual and industrial property rights in the application belongs to Arena SpA, and will not be transferred to the client in any way.
  • Arena SpA will provide the client with the access credentials needed to use duit, and will carry out the maintenance, update and administration services required to keep it continuously operational.
  • The client will assume full responsibility for the data, text and images that its users store in the application while using it, and for the use made of it.
  • Arena SpA will provide its services with a reasonable level of competence and diligence, but offers no specific warranties regarding the operation of the service. Accordingly, it is not liable for any loss of profits or revenue, or for financial losses, or for damages caused by any weaknesses or failures of the service or the application.

Privacy

Regarding the use of the website www.duit.cl: Arena SpA will not collect personal information from visitors to the site, except from those who fill out the contact forms, in which case it will use that information exclusively for the purpose of offering the services of the duit application.

Regarding Arena SpA’s use of the data of clients who use the duit application, Arena SpA:

  • Will treat as confidential information the client’s data and documents that it learns of or manages through the application in the course of providing the service.
  • Will not collect personal information, except what is necessary to create and manage users.
  • Will deliver to the client, at the end of the contract, the data stored in the application, and will permanently delete it from its own databases.
